  • We're based in Winter Haven, Florida, and serve the greater Central Florida area, including Lakeland, Orlando, Kissimmee, Davenport, Auburndale, and Sanford. If you're outside this range, reach out and we may still be able to help for an additional travel fee.

  • Yes. Setup and teardown are included in every rental. We arrive before your event start time and return afterward to break everything down, so you don't have to worry about it.

  • Our marquee letters and numbers are built for both indoor and outdoor use. For outdoor setups, we ask about wind conditions and access to power, and we may recommend anchoring or an indoor backup plan for severe weather.

  • Our photo booth service is popular for weddings, corporate events, and birthday parties. It includes the booth setup, props, and an attendant for the duration of your rental — ask us for current package details and pricing.

  • We offer letters A–Z and numbers 0–9, available in various sizes to suit tabletop displays, entryways, or full backdrop setups. Colors and finishes can be customized to match your event's theme.

  • Yes. We build balloon arches, garlands, and installations in custom color palettes to match your event's theme, from soft neutrals to bold statement colors.

  • Yes, a deposit is required to reserve your date. The remaining balance is due before or on the day of your event — details are confirmed when you book.

  • Yes — our LED signs are popular for proposals and can display custom phrases like "Marry Me?" alongside balloon or floral arrangements for a complete proposal setup
